4. Confidentiality

5. Professional Fees & Payments
All consultation charges, professional fees, drafting charges, court-related expenses, and service charges must be paid as agreed.
Fees once paid are non-refundable.
Additional charges may apply for extra work, court appearances, urgent matters, documentation, or third-party expenses.
6. Limitation of Liability
ASR Associates shall not be held liable for:
Court delays or adjournments
Judicial decisions beyond professional control
Government or administrative delays
Technical issues, document delays, or third-party actions
Indirect or consequential losses suffered by the client
7. Online Consultation
Advice provided through phone calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, email, or online consultation is based on information shared by the client at that time and should not be considered a substitute for complete case documentation and detailed legal examination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, legal drafts, documents, website materials, branding, logos, and professional content belonging to ASR Associates remain the intellectual property of the firm and cannot be copied, reproduced, or misused without permission.
9. Ethical Use of Services
Clients shall not misuse the services of the firm for unlawful activities, fraudulent purposes, harassment, false litigation, or illegal conduct.
10. Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to services provided by ASR Associates shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
11. Modification of Terms
ASR Associates reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
