ASR Associates follows a strict No Refund Policy for all legal and professional services provided by the firm. Due to the nature of legal consultation, documentation, case analysis, drafting work, court preparation, professional time involvement, and confidential advisory services, any fees or payments once made shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Important Terms

Fees paid towards consultation, professional advice, drafting, legal research, court preparation, or case strategy are non-refundable.
Any advance amount paid for initiating legal work shall be treated as confirmation of engagement and will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be provided due to change of mind, delay in court procedures, dissatisfaction with court outcomes, settlement between parties, or discontinuation of the case by the client.
Legal outcomes depend upon facts, evidence, judicial process, and applicable law. Therefore, ASR Associates does not guarantee any specific result or judgment.
Clients are advised to clearly understand the scope of services before making payment.

By engaging with ASR Associates and making payment for any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
