(Legal & Social Welfare Activities)

1. To provide free legal aid in courts to ensure justice for poor and helpless individuals.
2. To provide legal and social assistance for the protection of the rights of the elderly (Senior Citizens), women, and children.
3. To offer support and guidance in matters concerning women, such as domestic violence, divorce, harassment, etc.
4. To provide financial, social, and legal assistance to widowed women.
5. To work towards the upbringing, education, and protection of orphaned and destitute children.
6. To make legal advice and guidance available free of cost to needy individuals.
7. To arrange for legal representation (through advocates) in courts for poor individuals.
8. To disseminate information regarding government schemes to the public and assist them in availing the benefits thereof.
9. To conduct tree plantation and cleanliness drives for environmental conservation.
10. To spread awareness against social evils prevalent in society, such as the dowry system, substance abuse, child marriage, etc.

To disseminate information regarding government-operated schemes and benefits—pertaining to boys/girls, the elderly, women, the transgender community, the mentally challenged, and persons with disabilities—to the respective aggrieved or affected parties, and to provide appropriate, statutory, and legal assistance for the implementation of such schemes. To extend cooperation to the government, whenever necessary, for the fulfillment of the aforementioned objectives. To provide guidance, to the fullest extent possible, for the upliftment of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, specifically regarding their educational advancement and the enhancement of their standard of living. Furthermore, to disseminate information regarding government-operated schemes and benefits relevant to these communities to the intended beneficiaries, and to provide appropriate legal and practical assistance for their effective implementation. To extend cooperation to the government, whenever necessary, for the fulfillment of the aforementioned objectives.

To undertake legal measures to curb child beggary, human trafficking, forced labor, and the employment of children under the age of 14 in commercial enterprises. Following the enforcement of these measures—and as a commitment to this cause—to facilitate the upliftment and development of children (both boys and girls) by ensuring they access government-operated schemes and benefits, and by providing appropriate legal and practical assistance for the implementation of these programs. To extend cooperation to the government, whenever necessary, for the fulfillment of the aforementioned objectives.

To work towards the promotion of religious or charitable causes—including the establishment of funds for the welfare of military orphans, political victims, and other similarly deserving individuals.

To undertake various social activities aimed at eradicating social evils prevalent in society, such as *Mrityubhoj* (post-demise feasts) and child marriage.

To organize programs focused on the intellectual enrichment and personality development of women, children, and youth; to conduct initiatives aimed at fostering self-reliance among women and girls; and to provide guidance regarding employment opportunities.

To provide assistance to charitable service centers—such as old-age homes, orphanages, widow homes, centers for the differently-abled, and leprosy care centers—and, where feasible, to establish such institutions either independently or in collaboration with government schemes.

To provide free legal guidance and assistance to the poor and vulnerable sections of society.

To conduct campaigns for environmental conservation, undertake tree-plantation drives, execute environmental protection initiatives in alignment with government schemes, and extend cooperation to the government whenever necessary.
